Responsible for designing and implementing an employee experience strategy aimed at the continuous improvement of the employee's experience. An empathetic leader that exemplified the highest levels of the company's culture, while championing the employee experience. 

 

A visionary with an deep understanding of the employee's compass {needs, wants, stereotypes, emotions} and strive to exceed them, at every opportunity. Provided the genuine care necessary to motivate, excite and retain team members.

Manager of Employee Experience

  • Ability to creatively plan, theme and execute small – large scale team member events, including, but not limited to – game/event day activations; monthly and annual celebrations; DE&I initiatives; reward & recognition moments; and participate in planning, theming and executing the hiring experience.

  • Effectively and timely communicate critical and pertinent information to employees, using all available technological and printed resources.

  • Partner with HR and other department leaders to develop and implement a global rewards & recognition strategy.

  • Seek opportunities, via surveys, to identify and recognize employees.

  • Develop and implement DE&I strategies demonstrating that each individual employee matters and are valued by the organization.

  • Partner with various teams to transform employee areas into welcoming and inspiring environments.

  • Collect, create and maintain all content for the employee website, via Workjam, keeping it fresh and up to date weekly.

  • Greet, welcome and motivate employees during employee check-in, ensuring an exciting and seamless arrival process.

  • Lead the company-wide task force to standardize the team member experience for all departments. 

  • Responsible for overall associate engagement initiatives, including recognition, diversity, community partnerships volunteering, and workplace branding.

  • Organized celebrations and large events, supervised associate relations line, and led wellness initiatives.

  • Partnered with operations, senior leadership, and surveying associates to develop unique plans to drive engagement and production.

  • Developed initiatives to keep seasonal associates motivated, and full-time associates appreciated and engaged.
